The Recovery Act and Wildblue: exact match

Dial-up is a prehistoric institution which should have been stopped years ago. The sound of the Dial-Up connection has been established in, still gives me the Heebie Jeebies, and before I get on the spelling of the e-mail message, what is the correct spelling of the word. Dial-up connection is barbaric and do any justice to the operating system (and Yes, even applies to Home PC). Queue after 10 minutes the download page, is simply a severe.
